Floor Support Frame
Hatton Systems manufactures and supplied chassis dynamometers to the automotive industry. They ask us to value engineer the whole design and one in particular the Floor Support Frame. These are a series of frame that are not only used to support the floor but to also supply a mounting face or position for many additional systems and ancillaries. The manufacturing time and cost were reduced by over 50% and aided to reduce assembly time. The laser cut profiles provided a much more aesthetically pleasing look to the structure.
