Castor Angle Measurement Tools
A vehicle is inspected before it comes off the production line, an important check is to measure and adjust the car’s suspension geometry. We worked with Hatton Systems to identify how the measurements could be made accurately and reliably and then designed the tool to fit the space available.
The previous design was also reviewed to introduce improvements by reducing the weight, improving the ergonomics and adding an LED lamp to help the operator see the target gauge points.
