Athletics Season 2018
I started at Bennett Engineering in November 2017. It has given me the perfect balance between training as a full time athlete and developing my career in marketing.
My 2018 season so far has been amazing:
• Represented England for 400m in Vienna – February
• Bronze medal at British Indoor Championships running a new personal best of 52.7 – February
• World Indoor Championships Bronze Medallist in the 4x400m – March
• GB 4x400m Win in Bern, Switzerland – June
• Bronze medal at British Championships running a new personal best of 52.1 – June
• World Cup 4x400m – London Stadium – July
• Diamond League – 6th setting a new personal best of 51.3 ranking me 12th in Europe – July
• European Championships – 400 and 4x400m -7th-12th August COMING SOON
Currently ranked 2nd in UK for 400m
Bennett Engineering have helped me both enhance my skills to further my marketing career and provided me with incredible support to pursue my athletics career. For me, 2018 has been a breakthrough season, running times I would have only dreamed of when I moved to Loughborough in 2011. The support from the team at Bennett Engineering has helped me create a positive work-life balance, allowing me to make both my passions a reality. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for both the business and my athletics career.
