The Challenge
MTS Ltd, a fabrication and installation company needed to demonstrate to Walkers Crisps the size and position of safety access platforms for a new product line. The drawings had to show how the proposed platforms would fit around the machinery and most importantly not interfere with essential maintenance operations.
The Solution
Bennett Engineering integrated information from some existing drawings and a site survey and then superimposed the proposed platforms against the process machinery. Walkers were very impressed with the drawings because they could see exactly how the platforms would fit around their equipment, as a result they ordered the platforms.
